A motorcycle adventure project

GOOD RIDES.
BAD IDEAS.

Chasing the long way around.
Making a story out of whatever happens.

DESERT DUST.
COASTAL CHAOS.

Baja first. Then the Pacific coast, mangroves, Colima views, and mountain forests. The first two chapters. One adventure, dos idiomas. Plenty of ways to get sidetracked.

01 / THE GRINGOS

A LITTLE LOST.
A LOT ALIVE.

We’re Dos Pinche Gringos. A motorcycle adventure project built around the ride, the people, and the stories you can’t plan.

The idea: a rolling adventure through Mexico. Join for a chapter, stick around for the next, or come back farther down the road. The route keeps going.

02 / THE NEXT ADVENTURE

ENDLESS
BUMMER./ EL BAJÓN SIN FIN

One adventure. Dos idiomas.
The ride’s the point.

The long way around

Endless Bummer / El Bajón Sin Fin. The same bad idea, in two languages. Twelve chapters. One big loop through Mexico. Ride one stretch or link several together. We’re working out how to keep the adventure moving when the cast of characters changes.

THE FORMAT

150cc. Your way. Get there.

Pile onto one of our underpowered but reliable 150cc bikes and set off without a prescribed route. You’re on your own to get to the finish line. How you get there is your adventure.

Awesome food. Questionable places to sleep. Some areas have cartel activity. Danger is part of the fun.

  • 150cc. Enough power to get into trouble. Eventually.
  • No set route. Getting lost is practically a qualification.
  • The tacos will change your life. The beds may change your standards.
  • U.S. State Department warnings? Asking for a friend with a different passport.
  • Just pretend you’re Canadian. They get along everywhere.
  • Some areas have cartels. We were really hoping for just tacos.
  • Your mother will hate this. Your friends will want the photos.

How the journey connects

The first sketch uses two fleets, ten riding days per chapter, and a two-day handover within each pair. Seasonal pauses split the pairs. We’re exploring a more flexible chain with clear places to join, leave, and keep riding.

The map links chapter hubs, not a prescribed riding route. You choose your way from the start to the finish line. Seasonal pauses still apply. Use “Join at” and “Ride through” to link chapters.

The loop is taking shape. The schedule is still in progress.

Months, mileage, and riding days are estimates from our working itinerary; departures are not confirmed. Consecutive chapter numbers don’t guarantee a continuous trip. Ferry logistics, fleet changes, and seasonal pauses still need to be worked out.

    01 / JOIN

    Start at a handover hub.

Each chapter starts at a named city. The next step is choosing practical arrival points and building time to meet the crew and get set up.

    02 / CONTINUE

Keep your place in the story.

Our working direction: book a consecutive stretch, with handovers that let existing riders stay while new riders join.

    03 / RETURN

Pick it up down the road.

Seasonal windows may mean taking a break. The loop gives returning riders another chapter to come back for.

    More stories.
    Soon enough.
